As a Senior HR professional with over 25 years post qualification experience across all sectors, Dawn works with organisations developing best practice in Human Resources, by valuing and recognising the skills and key attributes of individuals.

Dawn is an independent consultant, neuro-linguistic business practitioner, qualified trainer and NVQ assessor and verifier. She specialises in developing the confidence and skills of people to maximise the success of their businesses, through individual coaching and mentoring, team training and development, and helping senior executives and Boards of management to translate their vision into reality.

With over 20 years experience of working with a leading psychometric testing provider ( offering tests in over 50 different languages ) she uses a series of profiles, tests and techniques to help provide a wide range of people solutions for organisations to help businesses meet their needs.
