Having spent 17 years at Barkers; beginning in recruitment communications; where I was responsible for managing a number of high profile commercial clients in the retail and banking sector, I went on to develop Barkers Resourcing proposition and subsequently becoming their Director of Strategy for all resourcing business; articulating and delivering end-to-end resourcing solution for public service and commercial clients; to Board level.
I was responsible for product development and the tactical consultancy practice, developing Barkers 4-tier consultancy model, workforce planning support tool, talent diagnostic tools and discovery framework used to underpin the development of targeted strategy for a comprehensive range of clients in the public and commercial arena.
Having taken on a partial secondment within a government agency in early 2008, I increased my time commitment, becoming independent consultant in mid-2009 concentrating my time driving strategic and tactical change initiatives covering diversity and inclusion encompassing talent acquisition and management through robust root cause diagnostic mapping.
