PA to the Managing Director

Apart from Michelle’s functions as PA to the MD, Michelle is also responsible for the administration of the Equality Suite our unique programme of  training, updating the databases , updating diversity online and managing our Ambassador Programmes.

Michelle has been involved in Equality and Diversity for a number of years starting with her involvement as Chair of the Kids off the Street Project by creating fun opportunities for young people in a safe friendly and structured environment that they may otherwise not be able to access. Michelle has worked on regeneration, community development and environmental issues as a local Councillor and before joining Diversity Marketplace as the PA to the director of Milton Keynes Equality Council where she was involved in funding bids, events management and dealing with issues raised around equality from members of the public.
